When he went looking to fix his health conditions, he researched and studied the deeper facts about food, nutrition, and psychology, cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP, nutrition for children, obesity, diabetes and pregnancy nutrition to name a few. He applied all he learned to himself and made a lifestyle change that not only caused him to shed a whooping 45 kilos but also gave him a purpose going forward.
