The RightLife Health Challenge is a 4-week online + offline, habit-stacking competition designed to help you build health routines that last beyond the January motivation.
From February 2 to 27, participants track simple daily actions across sleep, nutrition, mental and physical health inside the RightLife app and earn points for consistent participation. The focus is on showing up daily and not extreme goals.
The challenge concludes on February 28th with an offline finale competition where top performers are recognized and awarded based on cumulative performance throughout the month.
