This session explores Emotional Intelligence through the lens of the Navarasas, revealing how the nine emotional flavours shape our inner world, responses, and facilitation practice. Through performing arts, storytelling, movement, voice, expression, and reflective writing, participants create space for awareness and expression to naturally emerge.
Session 2: Dance Movement & Bodywork
Facilitator: Dr Gagandeep Kaur
This session focuses on Dance Movement Therapy and somatic bodywork, inviting participants to access emotional awareness, release stored tension, and experience healing through intense movement and embodiment by holding space for authentic emergence through movement and body work.
