It’s World Health Day and it’s the small steps that we take everyday towards our health which truly matters.

SHARAN presents you a simple and do-able challenge everyday for 30 days. It will be like a goal of the day. Just do it, and if you enjoy it, do it everyday:) And if you are doing it already, well keep going:)

The whole idea is to think about health, discover the areas we wish to work on and start implementing them. Those who complete the 30 day challenge will get a prize! But the real gain will be health, which is what truly matters.
