The 7 Day Fruit Challenge

Fruits are healthy, fresh, and delicious & make us feel alive! Being on a fruit diet is how we can maximise our intake of nutrients like vitamins, minerals and minimise fats in our meals. You will also see in these 7 days that fruits do not cause weight gain and diabetics can also eat fruits without sugars rising. People with digestive issues can also heal themselves by eating fruits.

Join our Nutritionist Madhura Vayal in a 7-day challenge, to stay raw on fruits without feeling deprived of your favourite foods.

Contribution: Rs.1299/- + 18% GST

LIVE SESSION:

• Registrations for the live session will close at 4:00 PM IST on Saturday, 30th March 2024

• One day before the program, you will be added to a WhatsApp group and all further details/Zoom links will be shared there

RECORDING OPTION

• You can opt for the Recording of the Zoom session if you cannot attend it live.

• One day before the program, you will be added to a WhatsApp group and all further details/recording links will be shared there
• The recording link will be available to you for a limited time of 24 hours after the live Zoom session

We regret that we will not be able to provide Recording links to those who have opted for the Live session, regardless of the reason.

Cancellation:

Cancellation 24 hours before the event attracts a full refund. No refund for cancellation on the day of the event.
