DETAILED TOUR ITINERARY -

Munnar - Thekkady - Alleppey

DAY 1:

Arrival at Cochin Station. From there we all head to Munnar. This beautiful hill station was once the summer capital of the British Government in India. The never-ending vast expanse of tea plantations and round the year

moderate climate makes it a little heaven for visitors. On the way visit the very famous Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.

DAY 2:

After breakfast we all head to Echo point and Mattupetty Dam. Speed boat facilities are available The dam is flanked by forests and vast expanse of grassland on one side and the Kundala tea plantation on the other. Afternoon visit Rajamala- house of the highly endangered mountain goats - the Nilgiri Thars (Rajamala is closed from Jan 21st to Mar 31st, 2019). Overnight stay at Munnar.

DAY 3:

Morning post breakfast we all proceed to Thekkady. Reach by noon. We all then head to Periyar lake around which the sanctuary is built, for boating (cost extra). This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of watching the wildlife from close within the safety enclosure of a boat. You can also enjoy tour of covering tea, coffee, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon plantation etc. Stay in Thekkady.

DAY 4:

Morning after breakfast drive to Kumarakom or Alleppey. By noon check into the hotel. Then head out to do a couple of hours of motor boat cruise (optional- cost not included) through the legendary backwaters of Kerala. On the way you will witness the paddy fields near backwaters, palm trees and other attraction. You can also spot many birds and a lot of ducks in the water. If lucky, you can spot fishermen using Chinese Fishing nets for fishing. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Kumarakom or Alleppey.

DAY 5:

Morning after breakfast we all check out from the houseboat / hotel and proceed to Cochin Railway Station for return journey.

Cancellation Policy:

Booking amount to be paid in advance to book the trip which is not refundable .
If 100% is been paid , then if booking is canceled 30 days or before the event date then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
If the booking is canceled 6 days before the event date then no refunds will be given.
No show = No refund.

Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on same event.
Complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants
Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule incase
Organizers hold the rights to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
