Tadiandamol Trek- Wanderophile

Sandwiched between the greater Talacauvery national park & Brahmagiri wildlife sanctuary, Tadiandamol is the highest peak of Coorg & offers exhilarating views of the surrounding hills.  The trail runs through a jeep track,  shola forests, open meadows & vast grasslands to take you to the peak where you can soak in the beauty of the dramatic landscapes. One of the best treks to do in Coorg, Tadiandamol trek gives you ample opportunity to get back to nature and is a slice of mountain paradise. ​​Board the bus, get to know fellow travelers and leave Bengaluru by around 10.00 PM, Thursday.

Reach home stay near Tadiandamol

​​Fresh up and load some breakfast

​​​Start trek

​First pit-stop at the Big-Rock

​Lunch time, reach peak

Start descend & reach homestay

​​Chai 

​​​Campfire and Dinner, Sweet dreams :)

Day 2​​

Wake up to the chirping of birds

​​Get fresh- have breakfast and leave the homestay

​​​Visit Chelavara falls

​​Start return journey

Visit Namdroling monastery en-route

​​Reach Bengaluru by around 10.00 PM, Sunday.

Cost- Rs.3399/- per person (includes travel to and fro Bengaluru, trekking permission and guide charges, access to first aid kit, multi-sharing accommodation, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, & 1 dinner)

​​​​Note: This is a no-frills trip to a relatively remote place, therefore, food will be basic. 

​​​Alcohol, smoking, or drugs are not permitted on any of our trips.

Things to carry

​​Don't worry about packing too much or too little. Here's just everything that you need to carry- a rucksack, a water bottle, torch, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, personal medicine, a pair of clothes, undergarments, socks, a towel, toilet kit, portable charger, flip-flops, hiking shoes. And, a camera to capture the memories (optional).

Don't forget to bring loads of enthusiasm :)

• In case you are not able to join the trip you have booked, you can always choose to join any of our future trips within 1 year of the trip date without taking a refund. No cancellations charges will charged in this case.

• If cancellations are made within 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 10% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellations are made within 3-6 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellations are made within 0-2 days before the start date of the trip, 45% of total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such case we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
