No cancellation & refund policy

• All prizes applicable for Indian citizens

• All prizes subjected to taxation, providing age proof and completion of necessary formalities

• Prize money will be paid one month after the completion of the event or later.

• Prize money is subject to change at the discretion of organizers

• All claims for prize money made post February 21,2024 stands nullified

• RFID Chip time (NET Time) would be used to determine the winners of the race in all categories

• Prizes will only be declared if a minimum of 10 runners finish the race in respective category

Event day information :

• Only people with registration BIB will be allowed entry into the holding area

• Cyclists are advised not to carry bags or valuable items

• Medical facilities / Recovery zone will be made available at the race venue

• Toilet facilities at the race venue and 2 points on route

• Adequate hydration stations along the route

• Reporting time for 50 KM participants is 5.15 am

• Flag off for 50 KM is at 6.00 am

• Reporting time for 30 KM Race participants is 5.15 am

• Flag off for 30 KM is at 6.20 am

• Reporting time for 20 KM Race participants is 5.30 am

• Flag off for 20 KM Fitness Run is at 6.30 am
