Harishchandra fort is famous for its toughness and the famous 'Konkan Kada'. Harishchandra Temple is known to be the pride of the fort. Harishchandra Fort is situated in Junnar region near Malshej Ghat, nearest local train station is Kasara which is situated 102 Kms away.

Trekking to the highest point and Stargazing has a benefit of getting more closer to the stars which easily cancels out the air pollution and light pollution of cities.
