Building a startup often means navigating uncertainty, tough decisions, and constant iteration. The difference between surviving and scaling usually lies in learning from those who have already walked the path.
PedalStart is hosting SPOTLIGHT, a deliberately curated founder room designed to bring together a small group of early-stage builders for meaningful conversations, peer networking, and direct access to experienced operators and investors.
For this edition, we are opening 20 select seats for founders outside our portfolio to join an intimate room with Sharath Loganathan, Co-founder of Ninjacart, who helped build one of India’s largest agritech supply chain platforms and later expanded the business globally across 24+ countries through NinjaGlobal.
Alongside him, the room will include 10+ active investors from the PedalInvest network, creating a space where founders can interact, exchange perspectives, and build relationships within the early-stage ecosystem.
What founders can expect from the room:
• Direct conversations with a founder-operator who has scaled a complex marketplace business
• Access to investors actively backing early-stage startups
• Meaningful peer networking with other carefully selected founders
• Honest discussions around product-market fit, GTM, scaling, and market expansion
• A small, high-quality room designed for interaction rather than panels or lectures
This is not a traditional webinar or mentorship session. The format is designed to encourage open dialogue, founder-to-founder exchange, and genuine relationship building within the startup ecosystem.
Who this is for:
• Early-stage founders building their first venture
• Startup builders navigating product, GTM, or early scale challenges
• Founders looking to connect with operators, investors, and other serious builders
