After the Success Of our Tree Plantation Drive " Aao Ped Lagaye " in March we are doing another Event - Spiritual Retreat to not only support the Mother Earth,Animals.Plants,Birds but also Heal Ourselves

This is one event where you can get your Friends and Families too and spend the day with them creating lot of Positivity & Good Karmas

We will Meditate and Express our Gratitude to Mother Earth and All the Plant and Animal Kingdom by various simple Rituals

Actual Agenda will be little different as per the weather conditions and as per the Flow of the Session however here is the Tentative Agenda - 

- We all Assemble at Lodhi Garden Gate Number 4 

- Breaking The Ice Activity ( Getting to know the group )

- Group Meditation ( to Relax you and Ground you )

- We Feed the Fishes in the ponds

- We Feed all the Birds & Insects around - Sparrows,Crows,Squirrels,Ants and a lot more names here

- Creative Writing - Poems,Essay ( We will guide you how to express your emotions in words ) 

- Feed the Ducks 

- Plant Healing & Meditation 

- Meeting The Self Exercise - Very Powerful and Profound

- Sharings 

Things To Carry - 

- Umbrella & Rain Coats as per the weather forecast

- Your Water Bottle,Hankerchief

- Yoga Mat 

- Atleast 5 - 10 home cooked chappatis per person without oiling to feed Ducks

- Sweet Dough to feed the Fishes & Birds

- Notepad & Pen For Creative Writing

- Wear comfortable and loose clothes and comfortable footwear.Avoid Heals as there will be some walking in the open

About The Venue - 

This is the most beautiful park In New Delhi spread over 90 Acres and contain many Tombs from the 15th Century.The Park is now ASI protected Site

It is full of Greenery and will be a Treat For Your Eyes.Wherever you look around you will find it Full Of Life - Flowers,Birds of various variety ( Birds Lover Paradise )

Chirping of Birds,People playing Guitar,Flora & Fauna , we promise you will leave a piece of your heart here

How To Reach The Venue - 

You can either drive down to Lodhi Gardens Gate Number 4 ( limited parking and in case full then park at Gate no. 5 ) or come by a cab

Nearest Metro Station is Khan Market and auto or cabs are easy available from the station to the venue
