Spatial Thoughts is offering a hands-on workshop for working with spatial datasets. Gain a solid understanding of how spatial data is modeled and open-source tools available to work with it. The participants learn practical skills to find datasets, analyse spatial patterns, and produce stunning visualizations.

This course is suited for

• Introduction to QGIS
• Mapping Air Quality
• Mapping Census Data
• Mapping GPS tracks and trajectories

Day 2: Spatial Data Analysis

• Analyzing urban transport with anonymized taxi trips data 
• Analyzing Urban Infrastructure
• Location intelligence: Overlay analysis

• Participants will use their own laptop with QGIS installed.
• The workshop will be conducted over Zoom. Meeting id and password will be shared by email 1 day before the event.

• 50% of the ticket amount will be refunded if canceled 15-days before the training.
• No refunds if you cancel within 15-days of the training date.
• In the unlikely event of the training getting canceled or moved to a different date, the participants will be provided a 100% refund.
