• Tickets are mandatory for children of ages 4 and above. Children below 4 years of age may attend at the discretion of the parents/guardians. Please note, sound levels at the concert may be above 85 dB
• Gates open at 5.00 PM
• Please be seated not later than 5.45pm
  
• Limited parking only. Please plan your parking in advance.
• Entry will not be permitted in the absence of a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Aadhaar Card, Voter's ID, Passport Copy) & proof of redemption.
• Entry will be refused if the Ticket is tampered /damaged /lost
• No Re-entry and No Refund of Ticket amount.
• Mobile phones in silent mode.
• Purchasing for someone other than yourself / re-selling or buying tickets from an outside vendor is prohibited.
• The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder’s appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating thereto without any further approval from you.
• The event line-up and artist programming may change without official notice
• Filming on a professional device (inclusive of DSLR's, Camera with lens, video camera, tape recorder) is prohibited.
• Rights of admission reserved, even for valid ticket holders.
• Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
• Management reserves the right to restrict the entry to certain areas within the auditorium to ensure a safe concert experience.
• No tickets for the event shall be used by any person for resale, advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to prizes, competition, contests or sweepstakes.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
• No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives, slingshots, and self-defence sprays
• No flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks
• No markers or spray paint
• No stuffed animals
• No facial masks
• No outside food or beverage including alcohol and or ice or ice packs
• No cigarettes
• No Coins and E - cigarettes
• No opaque bottles, cans, canteens, flasks, coolers, or glass containers
• No opened over-the-counter medication or eye drops
• No glow sticks
• No balloons, balls, inflatable balls, frisbees or flying disks
• No umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags or tents
• No bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
• No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
• No animals or pets except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability.
• No large chains, chained wallets or spiked jewellery
• No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices
• No water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles or misters
• No musical instruments, megaphones, whistles, noisemakers or air horns
• No poles, sticks, or “totems”
• Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of the security team.
• The sponsors/artists/organizers/management are not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur during or at the concert.
• This concert uses amplified sound. Earplugs and hearing protection at live concerts are recommended, especially for children.
• Strobe lighting at this event may trigger epileptic fits. Those with a history of epilepsy or any health condition that would be of concern must take adequate precautions.
• No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
• Any claims that may arise due to gross negligence will be settled exclusively in the courts in Madurai.
