Event Information
Itinerary of the trip:
14th Feburary, 2020 (Friday)
- All the guests are requested to reach the departure point sharp at 5 a.m, outside Sacred Heart Cathedral Church (opposite of Bangla Sahib Gurudwara).
- Buses will leave at 5:30 a.m sharp
- We will take a halt at the midway for refreshments. (on your own
- 12:30 – 1:00 p.m expected time of arrival at Solan.
- Check-in and accommodation process will take place followed by lunch in the noon.
- Visit local attractions on your own
- Return to hotel followed by a Candle Light Dinner
15th Feburary, 2020 (Sunday)
- Enjoy Breakfast at hotel
- Leave for Shimla (2hrs drive)
- Reach the Hotel in shimla with the wlcome drinks on arrival followed by lunch
- Visit a café at mall road for a perfect date evening. (on your own)
- Enjoy evening bonfire w
- Then followed by dinner
16th Feburary, 2020 (Sunday)
- Breakfast at Hotel and head back to Delhi.
*Expenses other than the above are not included in the package.
Inclusions
1. Entire Travel as per the Itinerary
2. 6 Meals would be provided throughout the trip. i.e. 3 meals in hotel @Solan and 3 meals @ hotels in Shimla.
3. Candle Light Dinner
4. Accomodation on twin sharing basis

6. Driver Night Charges, Toll tax, parking charges.
Exclusions
1. Any tips or personal expenses etc.
2. Local transportation .
3. Any other costing involved due to any kind of natural clamity, forced circumstances which are out of our control
