Skandagiri,also historically known as Kalwarbetta or Kalavara Durga is a mountain fortress located around 70 km from Bangalore. This tiring yet much rewarding trek takes you through a spectacular journey amidst the wilderness. Starting by 11 pm from Bangalore, reach the base point by midnight and hereby begins the night trek. The serene and sublime atmosphere around Skandagiri will definitely boost up your adrenaline. This 8km trek can easily be completed within 4 to 5 hours of ascending and descending. • 04:00 AM Start the hike to peak Skandagiri
• 05:30 AM Finish the hike, relax
• 06:30 AM Relax until sunrise
• 07:00 AM Descend towards the base
• 09:30 AM Head to the nearby restaurant. Freshen up & have breakfast
• 10:30 AM Head back to Bangalore
• 01:30 PM Reach Bangalore

Any changes in Pick Up locations will be notified to the participants 10-12 hrs before the start of the trip.

• Incase of permits not issued by the government & customers proceed with a booking without asking with the tour operator, you ll be ascertained with a alternative options or reschudle can be done on the same. Note : No refunds will be done for it.
• Your equipment and equipment distributed are to be carried by self, like bags, sticks, etc.
• As you are exploring nature, don’t expect luxury. Washrooms are only available at the hotel campsite (you reach the hotel/campsite for breakfast).
• You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.
• NammaTrip is not responsible for misplacing/loss of any personal belongings.

• A torch with new batteries (can be managed by mobile light)
• One plastic box if you want to carry energy boosters like Chocolate bars, flavored milk, Juice packs, Glucon-D, etc. should keep waste rappers with self, till you reach back to homestay or bangalore, it is necessary to maintain forest cleanliness as a traveler

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Once the permits are taken in customers names, its non refundable
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.
• Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
• Terms & Conditions:

• Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
• Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
• The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
• The food provided will be basic delicious Vegetarian food.
• NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.
• We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
• You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.
• We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
• We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
• Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
• Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport to the way back, Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
• Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol is banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
• If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
• Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.

• Travellers littering may be fined. Water is very precious, so conservation is appreciated.

• Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.

• Trek shoes or Sports shoes are compulsory. Customer coming with sandals or slippers are not allowed.
• No bonfire is promised in the peak.
• While Climbing or descending back there might be a small injury , if in case of any injury takes place to one place. People need to wait in the vehicle until they come back.
