This is a Women's Only Run 

1. The first edition of SFW Women’s Liberation Run is on 18th December 2022 Sunday, sharp 6 AM onwards at Miramar Beach. This run is in support of the Women’s Health & GOA Clean Beach initiative.

2. There will be two distance categories in which runners can participate 5 km and 10 km & a special 2 Km Kids Fun Run 

3. There is no age limit to participate in any category.

4. The entry fee to participate in any category is Rs. 600 & Rs 200 fro Kids Fun Run

5. All the finishers of the 5 Km and 10 Km categories will get Bib, Gift Vouchers, a T-shirt( Not for Kids Run), a Finisher Certificate, and a Finisher Medal.

6. The 5km & 10 km categories winners will also get Trophy. The winners will be selected based on Gun time as there are no timing chips.

7. The run route is entirely on the beach (on a hard sand surface ), quite scenic and it will be a beautiful experience for all the runners participating. The run start and end point will be the Miramar Beach entry point (In front of Miramar circle) and runners will run towards the direction of Caranzalem beach.

8. The aid stations with water, energy drinks, energy bytes, and medical kits will be set up at different points along the route.

9. Official photographers, videographers, and media will cover the run event; and pics and videos will be shared with all the participants and will be posted online.

10. The pre-run warm-up and post-run cool-down will be conducted by Sunil's Fitness Wave Instructors team.

11.There will be fun fitness physical challenges post-run where any runner can participate and can win prizes on-spot.
