Qualification: Any Graduation with Good Communication Skills

Shift : Night Shift - US Process (8:00 P.M to 5:00 A.M)

Salary: 10,000 to 20,000 per month.

Working Days: 5 days (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Eligibility: 0 to 4 years of experience.

Job Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Notice period: Immediate Joiner/ Minimum 15 days 

Job description:

§ Nature of the job – International /US Healthcare Process – Outbound Calling.

§ Outbound Calling - B2C calling for data collection and verification.

§ Responding to customer request and clearing their inquiries on call.

 

Key skills required :

§ Good / Excellent communication skills in English

§ Good interpersonal skills and listening ability.

§ Neutral Accent (should not have Mother Tongue Influence)

§ Basic knowledge of computer is mandatory.

§ A positive, confident and determined approach.
