Day 1 - New Year Event 2025 (31st Dec)

➞ 05:00 PM: Camping Check-in: Arrive at Secret Valley, settle into your tents, and enjoy the sunset view.

➞ 06:00 PM: Party Check-in: Gates open for Party Pass & Express holders.

➞ 06:30 PM: Ice Breakers: Participate in fun interactive games hosted by our Emcee to get the vibe going.

➞ 07:30 PM - 09:00 PM: Starters: Savor unlimited vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters at the buffet counters.

➞ 08:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Live Band: Groove to the soulful tunes of Band Dhwani performing Bollywood & Fusion hits.

➞ 09:30 PM: Bonfire: Gather around the warmth of the bonfire as the night gets chilly.

➞ 09:30 PM - 11:30 PM: Gala Dinner: Enjoy a lavish buffet spread featuring local and continental dishes.

➞ 10:00 PM - 01:00 AM: DJ Takeover: The dance floor opens! Dance to high-energy beats by our DJ.

➞ 12:00 AM: New Year Celebration: Welcome 2026 with a spectacular Fireworks display and Cake Cutting ceremony.

➞ 01:00 AM: Event Closure: Music stops. Express Party bus departs for Bangalore.

➞ 01:30 AM: Silent Hours: Campers retreat to tents for a cozy night under the stars.

Day 2 - New Year Morning (1st Jan)

➞ 08:30 AM: Wake up to the fresh morning breeze and misty hills.

➞ 09:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Breakfast: Enjoy a continental breakfast with coffee/tea.

➞ 10:00 AM: Check-out: Pack your bags and drive back home with amazing memories.

1. The Party Pass (Event Access Only) Check-in: 06:00 PM | Check-out: 01:00 AM Includes: Dinner, Starters, Entertainment. No Transport/Stay.

2. Road Trip & Camp (Drive Yourself + Stay) Check-in: 05:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Next Day) Includes: Tent Stay, Dinner, Starters, Breakfast. You drive yourself.

3. The Full Experience (We Drive + You Stay) Check-in: 05:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Next Day) Includes: Transport from Blr, Tent Stay, All Meals, Event Access.

4. The Express Party (We Drive + You Party) Check-in: 06:00 PM | Check-out: 01:00 AM (Bus departs venue) Includes: Transport from Blr, Dinner, Starters, Event Access. No Stay.
