The SCOTT bike fit is a bespoke concept that involves measuring the rider’s body data using a specialised machine, and then recommending a bike frame size and subsequent adjustments/changes needed for an optimized and efficient position on the bike, for the rider which helps with the following:

• Prevents injuries
• Makes a bike comfortable
• Optimizes power output
• Enhances efficiency
• Improves bike performance
• Improves aerodynamics

Terms and Conditions:

* The riders have to pre-book the Bike Fit session prior to the event on townscript.com or directly at MVS Enterprises
* The rider will have to choose a specific time slot while registering. Once confirmed, this cannot be changed.
* In case of cancellation by rider or no-show, amount paid will not be refunded.
* Display booking confirmation received at the Bike Fit counter.
* Spot registrations will be accommodated, depending on the availability of time slots.
* The rider must come with their own bike (clean) to get the bike fit done.
* The rider should carry all the necessary kit including jersey, shorts, pedals, cycling shoes, water bottle etc.
* The rider should report half an hour before his/her allotted time.
* The rider data will be provided with a hard copy report and should keep it safe for future reference.

* Domestic Brands are not registered in our Bike Fit Software. Therefore, a manual bike fit will be performed in such cases.

* In case your bike model is not registered in the bike fit software – a manual bike fit will be performed.

* Bikes with Thru Axle cannot be mounted on to the trainer. In such case, bike fit feedback will be taken after the rider rides on the road.

* During the bike fit, we will be changing parameters like – seat height, handle bar position, etc therefore rider must ensure that components like seat clamp, stem, etc are not damaged / worn out.

* All the component replacements will cost extra as per the MRP of the components.

* Bike Fit would be performed on one bike only. For Bike Fit on an additional bike, an additional session would have to be booked.
