Sakhi Shakti Traditional Games League – Dwarka Edition is a women-focused traditional sports league created to promote women empowerment through participation, confidence, discipline, and community strength. This event is designed for girls and women to experience a respectful, well-organized and supportive sports environment through regional and traditional games.

The league will be conducted in a structured format with fair play rules, clear instructions, and proper coordination. Winners and best performers will be recognized through trophies, medals and certificates. Public entry is open for audience, while participation is strictly for girls and women only.

Rules & Regulations

A) Participation Rules (Girls & Women Only)

1. Only girls and women are allowed to participate in games.

2. Each participant must complete registration before entry into the play area.

3. Event officials have the right to verify identity if required for category validation.

4. Participants must report at the registration/help desk for game allotment and instructions.

5. Any participant found breaking rules or misbehaving will be disqualified.

B) Public Entry Rules (Audience)

1. Public entry is open for all audience .

2. Audience must stay in the designated viewing area and follow event security instructions.

3. No audience member is allowed inside the participant/play zone.

4. Any misbehavior, teasing, arguments, abusive language, or disturbance will result in immediate removal from the venue.

5. Event committee’s decision will be final in all matters.

C) Safety & Discipline Rules

1. Respect for women participants is mandatory.

2. No alcohol, smoking, or any intoxicants are allowed inside the venue.

3. No physical fights, threats, or aggressive behavior.

4. Participants must wear comfortable sports shoes/footwear and suitable clothing as per games.

5. In case of injury, first support will be provided; further medical assistance will be the responsibility of the participant/guardian.

D) Game Rules (General)

1. Each game will be conducted as per event instructions and time slots.

2. Participants must follow the referee/official’s instructions strictly.

3. Decisions of referees and event coordinators will be final.

4. Cheating, intentional foul play, or rule violations will lead to disqualification.

5. Winning criteria will be based on time, points, distance, or team victory depending on the game.

E) Photography & Media Policy

1. Photography and videography of participants should be done only with proper consent.

2. Official event media team will cover the league for promotional and documentation purposes.

3. Any misuse of photos/videos or privacy violation will lead to strict action.

F) Certificates, Awards & Recognition

1. Winners of each game will receive trophies/medals as announced.

2. Participation certificates will be provided to registered participants (as per event process).

3. Special recognitions may be given for Best Performer, Best Team Spirit, Discipline Award, etc.

Registration & Ticketing Information

Registration is open. Participants and audience can register and book tickets by scanning the QR Code available on the event poster.
