SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager(POPM) 4.5 - Pune

This two-day course will allow attendees to maximize the value their products provide to customers through proper implementation and coordination of program increments. Students will develop a deep understanding of their role as Product Manager or Product Owner and what to expect from development through the Scaled Agile Framework and Lean-Agile mindset.
