Dear Agarwal brothers and sisters,
Let us make our community fit and healthy. Thank you for the tremendous response last year. Inspired from our program many of our members have become regular runners. Each one of us has become a fitness motivator. This year our Run Dil Se will be much bigger and better.
On Republic day along with the flag hoisting you can choose to run for 5K or 2K. Our experts suggest most healthy people can complete 5K. It is ok if you walk, running the entire distance is not compulsory.
All runners will get finisher's medal and snacks at the finish. We have got an excellent DJ to make you all dance.
If you cannot run then join us as volunteer, you will enjoy the event and snacks with all the runners. Volunteers make the event happen.
This is a family program for children to the oldest member of our community, runners, non-runners everyone must join. As every year we are going to limit the entries to the first 400 participants only. We will not be able to increase this number.

If you have any health condition like diabetes or heart disease or any other health concern, please consult your doctor. If you have any aches or pains or not well you should not run even though you may have registered.
