TRIHAWK MUMBAI DUATHLON:

Aimed at bringing together Duathletes in Mumbai and bonding runners with cyclists in a unique race event with the best arrangements.
Inviting Professional Duathletes and Triathletes as well as amateurs and novices to register for this Duathlon event...Pro-athletes to display their skills and inspire  and to share their knowledge with the amateur runners and cyclists.For amateurs and novices, it's an opportunity to test and enhance their muscles and skills.

RUN n RIDE 50 DUATHLON

Test your strength and endurance and enjoy the beauty and breeze across Queens necklace, Marine drive in this unique event invoving 5km Run -40km Cycle- 5km Run , totalling to a tough and satisfying  mileage of 50km.

For those who want to make it easier, we also have a 5km Run-20km Cycle-5km Run totalling to a 30km category: RUN n RIDE 30.

Only MTB and Hybrid cycles will be allowed.( Any such cycle converted to roadie features will not be allowed). Road bikes will not be allowed.

Participants have to get their own cycle and helmets.Helmets are mandatory. 

The running part has a flat route along the beautiful sea, to be run 5km each before and after cycling.

The cycling part of 40km in between your 2 runs is however gonna test your practice levels as you will pass across the gruelling peddar road climbs 4 times (twice in both directions)..but this toughness will be the factor that will give value to your medal and enrich your achievement. If you choose 20km cycling then you will be passing across pedder road only twice (once in each direction)

Reporting Time: 5am at venue

Cutoff time: 4hrs 30mins. for Run n Ride 50  and 3hrs for Run n Ride 30.

Inclusions:

1.Finishers Medal

2.Trophies to winners (No cash prizes).

3.Breakfast after the event

4.Medical support for emergencies.

5.Finishers Timing Certificate.

6.Images of running and cycling.

7.Hydration and electrolyte support along the route.

Exclusions:

1.Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

2.Cycle to be transported to venue on your own.

CYCLE RENTALS:

Cycles will also be available at rent @500 per cycle with helmet. For this the participant has to send his name, mobile number, email id and order id of registration in the event to our mail id trihawkevents@gmail.com. On race day,the participant will get the rented cycle only on submission of a copy of Adhaar card and original driving licence/passport.

CYCLE TRANSPORT:

Transport service for your own cycles (to and fro) will also be arranged @300 per cycle. This sevice will only be available in Mumbai from specific junctions along Eastern Express Highway and Western Express Highway.The pick up is planned to be done on previous day from 6am. For this service, the participant has to mail his name, mobile no., address and order id of registration to trihawkevents@gmail.com
