Food is the most important thing we need to focus on for our future. Making the most of our food and not wasting it. For our 2nd in the series of workshops on Building A Regenerative Lifestyle At home, we will continue to explore fermentation stepping it up a notch. We will also cover a healthy personal care swap, some easy healthy GF hacks, and using your waste to enhance your food. One of the big issues today is all the preservatives, additives, and chemicals hidden in most everything we buy. We will continue to take small and steady steps as this journey does not happen overnight, it happens over time and distance as we shift our mindset and look at things through a different lens.
