As the holy month of Ramadan comes to a close, RAMU Kitchen is proud to announce its special Eid Mubarak menu. This year the chefs have curated a fusion of Middle Eastern and Southeast Asia style cuisine to provide guests with a unique dining experience. The menu will feature a range of traditional dishes from both cultures, including tantalizing hummus, aromatic mutton curry, and sweet teh tarik. Executive Chef Joshira Yugopradana and his kitchen team has carefully selected each ingredient, ensuring that every dish is authentic and bursting with flavor.
