Public speaking or Oratory Skills is the art of speaking effectively in public. Whether a child gives a speech in a competition, addresses an assembly, presents an idea in a classroom, elaborates on scientific concepts in a science exhibition, gives presentations, anchors a childrens party or participates in discussions and debates good public speaking skills acquired at an early age would go a long way in making them confident. It is like laying a strong foundation to help them acquire this most sought-after skill that would give them the edge

Many timesPublic Speaking causes anxiety, the good news is that with the right preparation and practice one can overcome nervousness.

This two days Workshop is aimed at introducing the child to a structured way of preparation and practice, tips to engage an audience, body language and positive affirmations for building confidence.

An obvious question that comes to the mind of the parent is,

How will a child of such a young age understand all this?

This Workshop is uniquely designed for this age group. The Workshop is interactive and playful, with a lot of demonstrations to drive home these points in a way a child will understand. Simulated speaking sessions using different scenarios will be conducted where children will speak and learn by observing.

A guided preparation template shall be provided at the end of the session that will help parents assist the child to prepare for public speaking events.
