In this one-day* course, students engage in discussions and exercises to explore practical uses of AI tools and techniques to help them as a Scrum Master and to learn how to enable their Scrum Teams and organization to effectively use AI. The Professional Scrum Master – AI Essentials (PSM - AI Essentials) course continues the journey into Scrum by diving deeper into:

What AI means for Scrum Masters

How Scrum Masters use AI to improve their capabilities and support the Scrum Team

How AI can be applied by the members of a Scrum Team

How AI influences the organization, including essential guidance on adopting AI responsibly and securely

Throughout this course, participants gain the skills and confidence to harness AI effectively, ensuring they enable high-performing Scrum Teams in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Ultimately, an effective Scrum Master should understand AI, its impact and how to apply it. This training prepares students with a greater understanding of AI and how it can be applied for use by Scrum Teams.
