This event is organised by Sehat Saathi Foundation & FitYog Fitness Center to spread awareness about the benefits of Pranic Surya Namaskar in our lives. As all of us are confined to our houses in order to stay safe during the pandemic so performing Surya Namaskar will help us all in staying fit mentally, physically & spiritually.

Medals & E-Certificates will be distributed to all the participants.

Note:

1. All the participants will perform the Pranic Surya Namaskar together on zoom. 

2. The link of this event will be shared once you register.

3. Participants from 7 years to 60+ years can participate. 

4. As the online event is from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM so one can join anytime in between the time limit. 

5. The number of Surya namaskar selected by the participants in the form while registering will be mentioned in the certificate so please carefully fill the registration form. 

6. Beginners can also join as the instructions to perform the asanas will be provided. 

7. People registering in groups will get exciting discounts.
