The Running Lions- Bahadurgarh Presents- Pareeksha Half Marathon 1st Edition On 17th October 2021.
It is well said that Exercise not only changes your body, but also your mind, attitude and mood. With the same thought, The Running Lions presents a New Revolution among youngsters in 2021 . It was launched on 11th September 2021 by Parikshit Verma along with Karuna Agarwal.
The Running Lions aims towards several physical and fitness activities like Running, Cycling, Swimming, Boxing, Basketball and many more.
The motive of Running Lions is to motivate the people and bring the people of the society together on one fitness platform. It gives a message that a person can remain fit not only by going to gym but by getting involved in any kind of sports activities .
The Running Lions motivates the society by organising different fitness events and giving awareness about exercise, diet routine and Women Empowerment. One of the co-founder Karuna Agarwal strongly believes in empowering women and her vision is to bring all the women of the community together in this world of fitness. According to her," If a woman is healthy , then the whole family is healthy." Keeping yourself involved in any kind of sports helps in all aspects of your health, provides an outlet for stress relief and improves your mood and overall happiness.
