About the Artist -

Swetha SN is a self taught paper cutting artist. Paper has been telling stories of many for centuries and yet is another medium for expression. It takes considerable amount of time and effort to make it and that is what adds value to each piece. She had been doing this for nearly 3 years and over this time she realized the endless possibilities provided by the humble piece of paper. Her finds are her inspiration, be they a blooming flower from nature, a face filled with expression - the very soul of our being or a mere pensive observation on life.

About the workshop -

The workshop will be carried out with an introduction to paper cutting art, various tips and techniques and a clear understanding of positive and negative spaces in the work of art. Participants will be given step by step practice and design template worksheets.

Materials Required :

- A4 cutting mat

- x acto Knife

- Blades

- worksheets

No previous experience in art is required. It is applicable for all ages.

All materials, participant certificates will be provided to you and you will take back a finished art work.
