Learn to make 10 different types of chocolates for Diwali this year!
Materials required:
1. 2M cocoA - white compound
2. 2M cocoA - premium dark compound cp11
3. Dulex milk compound (any other brand is okay)
4. Sprinklers
5. 3 spoons
6. 2 bowls ( to keep in the oven)
7. Mould (to fill chocolate )
8. Butter paper
9. Raisins , Badam, Cashew, Mixed dry fruits (around 50 gms each)
10. Marie Biscuit (4 to 5 biscuits)
11. Gulkan (20 gms)
12. Rice Crisps (50 gms)
Types of chocolates you will learn:
Raisin
Badam
Cahew nuts
Marie Biscuit
Mixed dry fruits
Double choco
Marble choco
Gulkan
Rice Crisps
Layered mix
About the artist:
Ritu KM is a very creative person and she has explored various forms of creativity through dance and art. She has 1.5 years of experience in Chocolate making and has been making and selling mouth-watering chocolates for gifting purposes. She is currently pursuing her final year B.com.
Her other hobbies include dance, decoupage art, calligraphy, nail art and many more. She loves learning new things and sharing her experiences with others.
