Resolutions always trend around the New Year and while they may work for some, sometimes we NEED to get away from our daily distractions in order to reconnect with our roots. This unique retreat will be an exciting journey, the perfect way to kickstart 2020 with feeling ready to achieve all your goals.

The transition of one year to the next brings an opportunity to heighten your awareness and create strong openings, life shifts, and plant deep-rooted intentions. When you take the time to listen deeply and attentively, you open yourself to profound insights and a chance to embrace the universal consciousness, beginning with yourself.

Selection Process

Once you reserve your spot, you will have to go through the mandatory selection process. We adhere to following strict selection criteria to ensure that the values provided by us gets absorbed & maximized by a willing (to learn) individual while we maintain quality of our program. As a part of the selection process, you will be given a data sheet or have a preliminary telephonic conversation to get a basic idea of your intention to join this program.

No prior knowledge of yoga is mandatory. The only prerequisite is your willingness to learn and motivation to join this program.

5 Day Journey

During the NY Yoga & Celebration Retreat we will focus on self-awareness through exploration. Deep catharsis of our delusional body & mind. Self-awareness is all about acknowledging and realizing your emotions, sensations, triggers, likes, dislikes, thoughts & beliefs. Each day we will be working on a different theme. You will receive the complete itinerary at the beginning of the program. Body Awareness, Inner Skills, Ecstatic Dance and many more techniques to help you explore your inner treasure. We will prepare for new beginnings in a celebration mode through daily yoga practice, meditation and a range of interactive group activities we will safely explore our current state of being and where we would like to direct our intentions for the year 2020.

Arrival & Departure

Participants are expected to reach the venue on 25th December, 2019 before 4 pm. Those who reach the venue by 1 pm will be offered lunch. Our inauguration and evening session will start by 5 pm.

Our program will finish by 2 pm on 29th December, 2019. The Closing Ceremony & Certificate distribution will be between 2-3 pm.

Venue

We are situated in a secluded quaint location in Rishikesh. True blend of luxury and comfort! (about 30 mins from Laxman Jhoola). We have an environment conducive to growth, learning and introspection. Our expert team of staff, chefs and facilitators will focus on your comfort and needs while you focus on your life goals and celebration!

The accommodation is on twin sharing basis. It is possible to get single occupancy room on extra charges.

Nearest airport - Dehradun Airport (approx 1 hour drive)

Nearest Train Station - Haridwar (approx 1.5 hours drive)

Airport transfer can be availed if informed prior (Charges Extra). After registration, all the participants will be made a part of a common WhatsApp group wherein you can communicate with other participants and make your travel plans accordingly.
