Tigers, Leopards, Dholes, Jungle cats, Sloth bears, Hyenas, Jackals, Wolves, Gaur & Sambar all have one thing in common. They call the Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary their home. Coming up in April, we will be travelling to this sanctuary near Nagpur on a Wildlife Adventure in the tropical dry deciduous forests of central Maharashtra. This region houses the highest concentration of big cats in India.
Our focus is going to be elusive and solitary Leopard & we will take up-to six safaris during the trip to spot this majestic big cat.

Tatkal safari booking will cost min INR 6000 per person additional to the tour cost.
Arrival in Nagpur at Ashirwad Talkies or Nagpur Airport and transfer to your Resort. Post lunch and a short orientation you will be guided for your first safari. To have a comfortable experience we allow only 4 guests per Safari vehicle.
Safari No: 1 (3:00 pm to 6:00 pm)
After returning you can have refreshments and relax for sometime. We will get together for a lively dinner at 8:30 pm. We end our day early to have a sound sleep and get ready for the next morning.
We rise before dawn, your wake up call can be arranged on request. Our tour leader will help you to get started on the early morning schedule.. Tea/ Coffee, biscuits to satisfy the morning rush and you are off to see the morning forest bliss.
Safari No: 2 (6:00 am to 9:00 am)
After returning you can have breakfast and relax for sometime or spend time in the swimming pool.
Lunch 12:30 to 1:30 pm
Prepare for your next safari, by now you will have the daily routine set. In order to get the most of your safari we highly recommend you to be ready on time.
Safari No: 3 (3:00 pm to 6:00 pm)
After returning you can share your experience over hot tea/ coffee, our Tour Leader will help you with any assistance required on photography. We will end our day post Dinner followed by a campfire ending listening to the forest sounds at night.
We continue with our round of early morning rise, safari and breakfast.
Safari No: 4 (6:00 am to 9:00 am)
Returning from explorations you can have refreshments and relax for sometime before we meet for Lunch. There is ample of space around the resort to relax in the open outdoors. (Optional Departure)

We return from our explorations, remembering the fond memories created, Post Dinner You can get your bags packed and ready to load as we will be checking out next day morning after breakfast.

DAY 4 - bid goodbye to Nagzira
This safari is optional, you can either wake up late, or have a swim but you need to be up and ready by 9:00 am for Breakfast.
We will check out by 10:30 am.
While our focus will be on spotting a variety of wild fauna in this green oasis, we want you to also experience how the locals carry out life in such a wild environment. So, one of the forest guides will be inviting us to his home for a authentic homemade lunch & to share (with us) what makes these wild unexplored regions of our state so special.
Post our visit we will drop you off to your preferred drop location (Airport or Bus stand) via Private Vehicle
