Our families shape so much of how we react to emotional ups and downs but in India, speaking about our Mental Health with our families is still not very common - an issue that’s come up in several of our previous Circles.

A strong and supportive family environment can do wonders for our Mental Health, but due to a lack of exposure to mental health discourse as well as social stigma/stereotypes around mental health, we often struggle with being vocal about issues with our family.
