All mentors are teachers. Not all teachers are mentors.

Each child is unique and has unlimited latent talent and potential which needs to be unleashed to achieve the highest goals in life. Human potential is as diverse and spread as million shades of grey between black and white, and we do not believe that only a psychometric test or any other aptitude test is sufficient to determine the career direction in a child’s life.

We all play the role of “Teachers” in our life and try to teach our child / Learning community by the book. However, in the present day complex world, what students really need is something beyond teaching.

Infidea presents a unique workshop on “Enhancing Your Mentoring Skills” on 9th June 2018 (Saturday) conducted by two of India’s most celebrated learning experts Gargi Sen & G. Jai Shankar. Our facilitators shall focus on giving decision making solutions to parents and professionals based on only the inherent strengths and personality traits possessed by them. The facilitation will be done using scientific methods and processes which have been indigenously developed at Infidea.
