Real Happiness® is a Vedic Meditation School located in Rishikesh, India (The World Capital of Yoga). For beginners level students, we have many programs such as 1-week Meditation Retreat, 2 weeks Meditation Program, Indian Philosophy study program and Beginner Kundalini Meditation Training. So even if you are not from a spiritual background, you can start from the beginning and get profound results. The courses designed for only beginners can be so helpful if you are facing problems like stress, anxiety, and depression.
For advanced level students, we have advance trainings such as Kundalini Meditation Training, Srimad Bhagavad Geeta Philosophy study, Advance Lifestyle Sadhana course and much more. Because whatever you don't know is always in a large amount than what you know. So, we have seen the world from a new window and we are ready to share our experiences.
It isn’t easy for everyone to just sit down in a cross-legged position, with a straight spine, and then slip into meditation. you know that it all starts with the process of concentration. Sitting down and trying to concentrate for even just 5 min can be quite a battle. How are you supposed to study yourself if you are constantly fighting with yourself? There are different forms of meditation that can be suited to each individual.
