Professional Scrum Master (PSM) with Hiren Doshi (Mumbai)

The overall goal of PSM is to be a course about Scrum mastery, or mastering Scrum. It is a course that is a deep and holistic introduction of the Scrum framework, how its roles and rules interact. This is essential knowledge that anyone responsible for an effective implementation of Scrum should have. That encompasses, but is not limited, to people in the role of Scrum Master.

If you are a manager or a team leader responsible for the successful use and/or rollout of Scrum in a project or enterprise, this includes but not limited to project managers, IT managers, technical leaders and solution architects, this course is likely to be a good fit. Novices to Scrum are encouraged to attend this course.

Course Objectives: participants should be able to:
