Marathi Food Pop-Up by Saee Koranne-Khandekar at Cobbler & Crew

Presenting 'A Journey Through Maharashtra's Culinary Delights' at Cobbler & Crew by Culinary Researcher & Artist, Saee Koranne-Khandekar from 18th to 20th May.

Saee, popularly known for her experiments with Marathi cuisine, is bringing a fresh take on its rich heritage, paying homage to the authentic ingredients, flavours and time-honoured cooking techniques of Maharashtra.

Her last pop-up was at Masque (Ranked #16 by Asia's 50 Best Restaurants). This tasting menu which explored her love for Marathi cuisines was highly appreciated by guests who attended it. 

Remaining steadfast in preserving the traditional essence of Marathi dishes, Chef Saee is bringing an element of playfulness to the table with dishes like Tadgola Ceviche, Koli Prawn Toasts and Mutton Loncha.
