Gratitude is not just a "thank you" word but much more than that. It is a deeper appreciation for someone or something which produces longer-lasting positivity. We take things and people for granted, this feeling of gratitude will help us value all we have.

In this phase of Covid -19 a global pandemic where people are going through stress, anxiety, fear, hopelessness, and negative thoughts, etc this Gratitude workshop will help regain positivity, have control in life and be happy.
In this workshop, you will know how it can transform our lives and how gratitude works. There will be various techniques and gratitude challenges.
Various NLP techniques will be taught to anchor a state of gratitude. The workshop with help in overall well-being and to enhance optimism in life.
We are will be running the workshop for 6 days. There will be Gratitude exercises, activities and challenges throughout. We have been conducting very successful workshops with transforming feedback.
We will first workshop on zoom on 1 June at 6 pm then there will be exercises on WhatsApp for 6 days with final workshop on 6th June.
