What is LSIP?

The LSIP is a unique methodology for simultaneously involving large or very large groups for having impactful conversations leading to transformational changes. It embraces 'Whole Systems Thinking' and is a revolutionary technology for harnessing the views of the cross sections of multiple stakeholders. Several great organizations across the world have used this powerful methodology for formulating, strategizing and implementing change.

About the Facilitator

Kanti Gopal is a firm believer in the power of systems thinking. He has been trained by Kathleen Dannemiller who popularized Real Time Strategic Change based LSIP approach in organisations. Kanti has also used other LSIP approaches such as Future Search, Open Space, Simu Real in various change corporate and NGO interventions. He has authored a book titled 'Pit Stops for Peak Performance' published by Jaico Books. Kanti enjoys teaching. He has been a visiting faculty at Tata Institute of Social Sciences and NMIMS.
