Learnings from Ramayana

Lockdown is an unexpected situation we all are facing, earlier we did not know how to handle the same. So we gave our best and adjusted and we are still fighting the corona virus.

But there is a flip side of this lockdown, some elders and some kids are:
•    Losing their temper
•    Losing their positivity
•    Losing their charm, and
•    Losing their emotional balance
•    And facing many more issues related to their health and value system

Who better than Lord Rama can we learn from the following?
•    Family values – Respect, love, empathy, forgiveness
•    Manage emotions during good and tough situations
•    Control anger and not get into unnecessary fights
•    Focus and dedication towards goal
•    Art of listening
•    Team work and Team Management
•    And many more…

Thanks to our grandparents and parents we have grown up listening to stories and learned from various stories.  We know what is right and what is wrong because of the wonderful lessons shared by them. So let us revisit those learnings and share those learnings with our kids
