Lean
Startup is a method for developing businesses and products
first proposed in 2011 by Eric Ries. Since then, several Startups in
India & abroad have been able to shorten their product development
cycles by adopting a combination of business-hypothesis-driven
experimentation, iterative product releases, & validated learnings.
If startups invest their time into iteratively
building products or
services to meet the needs of early customers, they can reduce the
market risks & sidestep the need for large amounts of
initial project funding & expensive product launches &
failures. Startups at Idea, pre-seed, and seed stages face challenges
with funding & product releases. This Workshop will be very helpful
for them. It will be a 3-hour intensive workshop with a mix of theory,
practice, Quiz, and Case Study on the Lean Startup Methodology. It will
be a fun & interactive session. At the end of this session, you
should be in a position to implement the Lean
processes in your Startup!
