Leading SAFe ® 4.5 with SAFe ® Agilist Certification

This course is designed to introduce the principles and practices of Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). During the two day training participants would learn the Lean-Agile principles and what it takes to lead a Lean-Agile transformation. Attendees would also learn, as leaders how to support the implementation of SAFe® in an organisation.

Attendees would gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, how to plan, release value through the Agile Release Trains, support agile teams, program, program portfolio management, to coordinate between value streams and will also gain insights into lean-agile budgeting.

Attendees will also benefit from the practical advise on, how to form and support agile teams, facilitate a PI planning event, problem solving workshop, building a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture.

Attending this class also prepares and makes attendees eligible for the exam and become certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

Attending the training makes attendees eligible for examination and become certified SAFe® Agilist (SA). Attendees who pass the exam will receive:

SAFe Agilist certificate
A SAFe 4 Agilist digital badge to promote your accomplishment online
A one-year certified membership as a SAFe Agilist, which includes access to the SA Community of Practice
A SAFe Agilist certification usage guide with SA certification marks

Format: Multiple Choice
Duration: 90 minutes
Number of questions: 45
Passing Score: 34 of 45 (76% passing score)
Exam cost: First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.

Attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under Category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance.
