Summary:

During this two-day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. They will also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

A Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA) is a Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) enterprise leadership professional who is part of a Lean-Agile transformation.

Exam requirements

The first step toward becoming a SAFe certified professional is to attend the Leading SAFe® course. This is a requirement because attending the course provides access to all the study materials and the exam. Note that attending the course does not guarantee to pass the exam.

Exam details

Exam Name: SAFe® 5 Agilist Exam

Exam format: Multiple choices

Exam delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed

Exam access: Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the Leading SAFe® course

Exam duration: Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam

Number of questions: 45

Passing score: 34 out of 45 (76% passing score)

Language: English

Exam cost: The first exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.

Retake policy: The second attempt on the exam (first retake) can be done immediately after the first attempt. The third attempt requires a 10-day wait. The fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait. Contact support@scaledagile.com for any retake questions.

100%, we will run the course even with one participant. If we are not able to run the course, you will be refunded in full and a coupon to attend our next course free training fees ( just by paying the certification fee and venue cost)

What's the refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel your place more than 7 working days before the event. For cancellations with less than 7 working days before the event, we do not offer a refund, but you will be able to transfer your place.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

The venue is confirmed. In case of any change this will always be communicated to the attendee prior the course start and will be nearby the current venue/station
