During this two-day course, you will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.

About Trainer :

Akhil Bhansali, SPC, Enteprise Agile Coach, ICF Coach and NLP Practitioner.

Akhil carries with him unique expertise of leading and implementing SAFe Framework for One of the Largest Storage Business Unit of Western Digital Corp (WDC). He was part of the founding member team of Global Change Agent in WDC and played a key role in enabling Pune Engineering Division to Learn and Implement SAFe Framework during Transformation. During the training, he will be sharing the actual experience of challenges faced and solutions applied in enabling a Self Sustaining Agile Transformation.

Akhil carries 14+ years of experience working with organisations like Persistent Systems, Veraz Networks, Symantec, STec Inc, HGST & WDC.

Akhil is a Passionate Learner, Active Listener, Effective Communicator and Creative Individual. He is a ICF Certified Professional Work Life Coach and NLP Practitioner as well.
