KP, short for Kumara Parvatha or Pushpagiri peak, is located in the Coorg region of Karnataka and is one of the highest peaks with most amazing views around. It comes under the Pushpagiri wildlife Sanctuary area. On the foothills you'll find Kumaradhara river where people can take a bath after a tiring trek. When you reach the top of the peak, you can witness the most amazing sunset and a view of the surrounding peaks from above the clouds.

Itinerary We start around 11:30 pm on friday night Reach foothills by 6:00 am in the morning near Kumardhara River We refresh for about an hour We reach the breakfast point by 7:30 We start the trek by 8:30 am (6Kms trek to the base camp) We will reach the base camp by 12pm Lunch will be provided at the base camp. The trek from the base camp to KP peak (8Kms) We reach the peak by 5:30 pm We'll wait for sunset and will start descend after sunset. We reach back to the base camp by within a few hours for Dinner. Next Morning, we'll have breakfast around 7am (You can also get fresh using the public toilets near the base camp) and start descend to the the foothills by 7:45pm By 10:30, we'll be back to our bus (You can take bath in Kumardhara River) and start our onward journey to Bangalore. Lunch will be provided on the way. We'll be back to Bangalore by 5pm the next day.
Instructions: All participants will have to carry backpacks till the base camp which is a 6km trek uphill Only Public toilets will be available for use at the base camp. (Charges 5 Rupees/person/Per use) All the participants must follow the instructors and must not stray away from the group. Shoes must of good grip. Only one pickup and drop point will be provided in Bangalore.

Rules and Guidelines: * Please do not expect any luxury during the trip. * No alcohol or loud music. *Strictly no plastics to be thrown. *All participants have to fill forms before boarding for the trip and must bring ID card photocopy and PP size photograph. * All participants must follow the operator's intructors and must not stray away from the group. * Timings are tentative and subject to change.
Refund Policy: No refund for those who do not show up after booking. No refund on cancellations happening 2 days before (Or after that) the day the trip starts. 30% refund for those who cancel their bookings 3 days before the trip commences. 50% refund for those who cancel their bookings 7 days before the trip commences.
