King Of Sarona 2023

After Suscessfully organizing three editions of King of Sarona 2016, 2018 and 2019 were are back with another thrilling race King of Sarona 2023.

Due to bad weather conditions we are postpone the date of event from 30th july 2023 to 17th sep 2023.

King of Sarona will be a XCM type race and will include off-road uphill and downhill section. There will be two categories which are Amateur category(20 km approx.) and expert category(45 km).

• Registration Fee for Amateur category is Rs. 500.
• Registration fee fot Expert category is Rs. 700.
•  Winner will get gift in different category And refresment And Certificate for every Participant.
• Male and female category are different in both category.
• Under 18 kid only allowed when there parents will present in race point with them.
• Prices worth Rs. 15000.

• Last Date of Participation is 10 Sep 2023.

• Only MTB Bike are Allowed in this(Any kind of Ebike are not allowed).

• Helmet And water bottle are compulsory.

• Route will be disclosed after 10 sep 2023 and organizer can change the route at the race day if needed.

* Winnig price will be given if the Total participation more then 60.

• Please bring puncture kit and tool kit for race.

• Only 1 winner shall be chosen in the categories with less than 10 Participants.

Category : - In  Amateur Category and Expert Category, we have two category according to Age of Participant .

 1). Open Solo - 18 year to 35 year( Male and female category is seperate).

 2). Master - 35 and Above( Male and female category is seperate).

• Only 1 winner shall be chosen in the categories with less than 10 Participants.

  Rules & Information

1. Helmet is mandatory for every cyclist. (No Helmet No Ride).

2. Every cyclists must carry own safety gears.

3. Every cyclist must carry some amount (in cash) for emergency.

4. Every cyclist must carry their own cycle Kit (puncture and tool kit).

5. It is suggested that every cyclist must carry their own water bottle though we have kept sufficient water / refreshment point on route.

6. Cyclists are requested to report before half an hour of the flag-off time.

7. Sometimes competition is kept a ride of humanity if you find someone is hurt or facing any difficulty on course please inform the marshal or officials on route on your front with his/her BIB Number.

8. Cyclists please ensure your bikes are in good moving condition before you line up at the start.

9. Cyclists must ensure that only MTB’s are allowed.

10. In case if someone want to withdraw from the race his/her BIB Number will be taken out by the officials.

11. As you all know it’s a hilly terrain so please ensure your and co-cyclists safety while over taking on route.
