Event Information
Itinerary of the trip:
20th Feburary, 2020 (Thursday)
- All the guests are requested to reach the departure point sharp at 6 p.m, outside Sacred Heart Cathedral Church (opposite of Bangla Sahib Gurudwara).
- Buses will leave at 6:30 p.m sharp
- We will take a halt at the midway for refreshments. (on your own)
21st Feburary, 2020 (Friday)
- 12:30 – 1:00 p.m expected time of arrival at Jaisalmer (The Golden City).
- Check-in and accommodation process will take place followed by lunch in the noon.
- Visit Jaiselmer fort and get to know about the Heritage and Royalty of Rajasthan
- Visit local attractions on your own(Patwon ki Haveli, Gaddisar Lake, Salam singh ki Haveli etc,)
- Return to hotel followed by dinner
22nd Feburary, 2020 (Saturday)
- Enjoy Breakfast at hotel
- Leave for Sam Sand dunes (2hrs drive)
- Reach @ the camping sites and enjoy a royal tilak and Rajasthani welcome followed by lunch
- Camel safari from the camps to the sunset point and back.
- After evening tea and snacks we will have Rajasthani cultural programe (Folk dance, folk music, fire show,dj night etc,)
- Then followed by dinner
23rd Feburary, 2020 (Sunday)
- Leave for Desert safari (sharp 6:00 am)
- Reach @ the sunrise point and experience what one could call “a perfect sunrise”
- Breakfast at camps and head back to Delhi.
- Reach Delhi by 11:00 pm
*Expenses other than the above are not included in the package.
Inclusions
1. Entire Travel as per the Itinerary
2. 6 Meals would be provided throughout the trip. i.e. 3 meals in hotel @Jaisalmer and 3 meals @camps in Sam Sand Dunes.

7. Driver Night Charges, Toll tax, parking charges.
Exclusions
1. Any tips to porters, camel handlers, jeep drivers etc.
2. Local transportation in Jaisalmer.
3. Any other costing involved due to any kind of natural clamity, forced circumstances which are out of our control
4. Anything not mentioned in the inclusions
