DATA SUBMISSION:

• Use an app or watch to track your run and submit your data with proof through the provided link or WhatsApp number: +91-8885369526. Data submissions are accepted until August 20th, 2024, by 11:30 PM.
• Your screenshot must display the running time, distance, and current date.
• After completing your run or ride, take a screenshot of the app you used to measure your distance. Submit this screenshot as proof to the given WhatsApp number.

TERMS & CONDITIONS/OTHER DETAILS:

• Participate in the Independence Day Run - Ride 2024 at your convenience between August 15th and August 20th, 2024, to qualify for any challenge. Track your run using an app or watch and submit a screenshot of the distance covered to WhatsApp number 8885369526.
• Participants should use well-known running applications such as Strava, Garmin, Google Fit, Samsung Health, RunKeeper, Endomondo, Runtastic, Nike Pro, etc., to record their run.
• Please choose your event category carefully, as registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified.
• A valid contact mobile number and email ID are required for further communication.
• The minimum age to participate is 5 years.
• You can start the race from your home or any location of your choice.
• Runners and cyclists participate at their own risk. The organizer and associated agencies are not responsible for any inconvenience (theft, injury, etc.) that may occur while completing the distance. Participants are responsible for their own safety.
• In case of adverse weather conditions or restrictions by authorities, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the event.
• This event is open only to Indian residents. Foreign participants must provide their Indian residence address.

• Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
• Rewards (Medal, T-Shirt) will be delivered according to your selected ticket only and will be delivered to you once the whole event is completed.
• The E-certificate will be sent to your provided whatsapp number within 24-48 Hrs after data submission.
