ICAgile ICP ENT (Enterprise Agile Coaching)

The ICP-ENT is the first of two knowledge-based certifications on the Enterprise Coaching for Agility Track. This certification focuses on developing an understanding of agility at the enterprise level from structural, process, leadership, and cultural perspectives.

The Learning Outcomes include topics such as systems and complexity theory, measuring business performance from an agile perspective, agile frameworks for enterprise scaling, awareness of organizational design and structure, understanding leadership development, and engaging leadership in conversations about organizational culture.

This is an online workshop filled with Activities, Simulations, and fun games. You will also get loads of tools, templates, and worksheets to jump start your journey as an agile coach

May 18,19,25,26 (4 Sessions | 3.5 hrs each day) (Weekend)

On successful completion, each participant will receive:

What will you learn?

Our Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT ) certification training workshop is a 14 Hour course that dives deep into extending the benefits of agility in the enterprise but also covers a wide breadth of topics that can help resolve issues that impede organizational agility. We use a hybrid format including Instructor-led, collaborative group exercises, and full immersion learning from industry case studies where you can apply the knowledge firsthand. This course will require some pre-training reading. Student material will be sent in advance. This pragmatic approach facilitates deep learning of agility at the enterprise level in the areas of Leadership, Culture, Organizational structures, and change management models. C2R instructors are ICAgile certified and experienced agilists from the industry who bring a wealth of hands-on experience to facilitate a rich learning experience.
